Our coffee roasts are designed specifically for the foodservice industry - with the attention to detail of an artisan roaster. They're the best of both worlds.

It all starts with a perfect bean

We work with a UK roastery to achieve marketable roasts which are widely palatable, but still retain individual personality and flavour profiles. We don't do dishwater coffee. We like coffee with distinctly individual flavours; but not so specialised you need to be a coffee expert to appreciate them! Because it's our own brand, carrying our name, we take quality control and price point very seriously. When you purchase Black+White whole bean or ground coffee, you are buying a high quality product for your establishment.

Black Dragon 100% Fairtrade Espresso

{  Roast - Dark }


A blend of the very best South American coffees with a touch of the Far East for balance. This darkly roasted espresso contains Brazilian, Honduran and Costa Rican beans known for their smoothness, low acidity and notes of ripe tropical fruits.


A touch of premium Vietnamese Dragon Ball gives the blend body and bite. This is a full bodied coffee with the acidity and sweetness coming through on the finish.

Kenyan Gethumbwini African Estate Coffee

{  Roast - Medium / Dark }


Kenyan Gethumbwini is consistently one of the best estates of the last decade. Their flavour can be compared to a full bodied red wine; with a rich and fruity black-currant flavour. Ours is blended with Colombian and Brazilian beans to round out the palate and make a coffee that is perfectly suited for any establishment.

Three Amigos Colombian Blend

{ Roast - Medium } 


A blend of the very best Colombian coffees; Excelso, San Augustin and Bucaramange Arabica, which is knowns for it's surpurbly weighted body with chocolately overtones, aligned with a light caramel flavour and lemony back notes. A very fine quality coffee which will appeal to a broad audience, any time of day.

San Marcos de Tarrazu - 100% South American Arabica

{  Roast - Medium }


 A blend of the very best, 100% arabica South American coffees from Costa Rica, Colombia and Brazil. The most desirable of these are beans from the volcanic Tarrazu region of Costa Rica, where strict quality control uses only the green and blue tinged beans grown at an altitude of 1,750 metres. This limits their production to 12,000 bags a year. The result is a blend with moderate acidity, excellent body and smooth, rich flavour.

Sierra Verde South American Blend

{  Roast - Light / Medium }


Sierra Verde means “Green Mountains” an appropriate description for the verdant high altitude mountain estates where these Brazilian and Honduran SHG coffees are grown.


Possessing a smooth, mild character with low acidity and flavour notes of dates, raisins and dried fruit. With its widely appealing palate.


this coffee is ideally suited for hotels and restaurants.

Awassa Cafe African & South American

{  Roast - Medium }


Awassa is the ancient capital of the Great Rift Valley in Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. The Sidamo bean found here is very fine, with a rich, smooth flavour and a hint of acidity. Blended here with Kenyan Gethumbwini, Brazilian and Guatemalan beans for a balanced blend of  flavours, fuller body, but retaining the aromatic qualities of the African beans. The best of East meets West.
